IE主页被改,注册表中无法修改！！

[size=3][color=#000000][font=宋体]小弟的机用的是[/font][font=Times New Roman]win2003[/font][font=宋体]，[/font][font=Times New Roman]IE[/font][font=宋体]主页被改为：[/font][font=Times New Roman]http://www.114la.com/index.htm[/font][font=宋体]，[/font][font=Times New Roman]([/font][font=宋体]这也是个不错的论坛，小弟申请数次，却遥无音信！[/font][font=Times New Roman])[/font][/color][/size]
[font=宋体][size=3][color=#000000]据一些资料介绍的方法，小弟照章修改却无效果！：[/color][/size][/font]

Explorer\Main[/font][font=宋体]下，“[/font][font=Times New Roman]Start Page[/font][font=宋体]”双击[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=宋体]，无法更改[/font][font=Times New Roman]Start Page[/font][font=宋体]的键值；弹出一提示框“编辑值时出错”[/font][font=Times New Roman]  [/font][font=宋体]内容是：“无法编辑[/font][font=Times New Roman]Start Page[/font][font=宋体]：写该值的新内容时出错。”[/font][font=Times New Roman]   [/font][/color][/size]

靠！！人都去那里拉！！帮帮忙喽！！
昨天在 天空软件站 下了个 超级兔子魔法设置 2008.02 个人版 点击 修复TE 却直接退出！数次都无果！！
小弟心烦啊！！
